THE PROJECT
A new project, signed by Boffa Petrone & Partners and DFA Partners for the Gruppo Building, with which to continue the redevelopment of the neighborhood started with Forrest in Town. With Garden in Town we want to intensify and speed up the change, both in the way of designing and in the way of building, focusing on the well-being of the person with strict respect for the environment.
The project is located on a former industrial area, with an area of about 3800 square meters: here a sinuous and harmonious building of 5 floors above ground will be developed, with over 65 apartments, for a total area of almost 7000 square meters, as well as a large internal garden. and underground boxes.
The common thread will be sustainability, starting from the choice of materials to the choice of subcontractors with certified green supply chains. Respect for the environment and the correct man-built relationship will be the main focuses of Garden In Town. The project is in the work phase: the construction site is expected to start by the end of the year, with environmental remediation activities and subsequent construction.
