The yard to extend the commercial area of Settimo Cielo Retail Park, which now aims to attract a new public thanks to a unique format closes at a record time.

Settimo Torinese, 22 May 2019. The construction site for the expansion of Settimo Cielo Retail Park was closed in record time, which can now boast the title of the largest business park in Italy. To the 43,000 square meters of already existing commercial area, in fact, 26,000 have been added, for a total of 69,000 square meters dedicated to shopping, a few kilometers from the center of Turin: consequently the number of people employed in the business park is also increasing , with 600 new jobs created. In October 2017, the business park inaugurated in 2011 at the gates of the Piedmontese capital had started the second phase of development, with the expansion works of the complex that have just been completed, in full compliance with the scheduled deadlines: an operation of about 40 million of €.

The real estate is Settimo Sviluppo Spa, while the construction of the new spaces was carried out by Building spa with the design by Building Engineering and Boffa Petrone & Partners. The company promoting the expansion is Promocentro Italia Srl while the marketing of the new area has been entrusted to Cushman & Wakefield, the company responsible for managing the business park. “At the gates of a model city between the hinterlands of Italian cities, we are inaugurating the seventh sky of shopping, the largest business park in Italy. 62 points of sale, 850 employees, 9 million expected visitors mean to think of Turin-Milan as one of the most productive and strategic economic areas in Northern Italy and in the country, ”comments Piero Boffa, President of the Building Group.

In these eight years, Settimo Cielo has enjoyed a growing commercial success, managing to involve an ever-growing clientele thanks to a product range that is as varied as it is quality. Its strategic location, close to the Turin-Milan and Turin-Aosta motorways, as well as the presence of brands of great appeal, are the factors that have contributed to making Settimo Cielo a reference point for shopping lovers at the local level and not only. Furthermore, thanks to the expansion just completed, the weekly business park now aims to extend its range of attraction to customers. The success of Settimo Cielo is also confirmed by the speed with which the new commercial spaces have been booked by a plurality of companies: in fact, there are more than forty new windows open to the public. In the new “food court”, for example, street and fast food spaces will coexist – such as KFC and Befed – and restaurants with table service – such as Rossopomodoro and Ouya Gourmet. New spaces also for clothing, with brands such as Yamamay, Pittarosso, Clayton or Terranova, cosmetics, with the opening of a new Alkemy store and an area reserved for Kelemata and Pinalli, furniture, with Lube Cucine and Dondi Living rooms. And then again bar, pastry shop, electronics and even a new Carrefour market. In the almost 70,000 square meters in total, Settimo Cielo becomes the largest business park in Italy, but also a unique format, thanks to its ability to combine commercial completeness and high quality service for its increasingly numerous customers.
