The project involves a complete renovation of the building, without any changes to its volume or surface area, with the aim of restoring a completely renovated residential and commercial space to the centre of Milan. The architectural design will be carried out by Boffa Petrone & Partners, part of the Group, while construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025, with completion expected in the first half of 2027.
