Building was born in 1983 and bases its activity on the design, construction, administration and marketing of industrial buildings, commercial structures, civil and private buildings, in Italy and abroad. His story is made of passion for construction, of men who have dedicated their lives to building. It tells of the commitment, the seriousness and the competence of years dedicated to creating constructions of every kind and dimension, with great capacity and an enthusiasm equal to that of the first day.

The attempt has always been to create artifacts that differ, by type and finish, from the standardized production of industrial buildings through attention to the construction process: from the design to the details of the finishes, with a careful research of materials and architectural solutions.

Pietro, with his son Luca, now leads the company with the aim of creating architectures that stand out from serial production. In recent years, the Building group has also increased its activities in civil and residential construction, specializing in the recovery and transformation of historic buildings, conceiving its own concept of living history.

The Council for the Enhancement of Artistic and Cultural Heritage was born in 1987 with the aim of helping to enhance and improve the usability of Turin’s historical and artistic heritage. Each year, the Companies and the Member Bodies make a figure available in favor of their city: in thirty years more than 30 million euros have been invested and 90 restoration and enhancement interventions carried out, in collaboration with the Institutions and Bodies of protection.

The choices are made on the basis of the criteria of relevance and urgency of the intervention, speed and certainty of authorization of realization, annual or biennial frequency and return of the image.

In addition to the restoration and enhancement interventions, the Council has promoted editorial and reflection activities on Business – Cultural Heritage relations by organizing, from 2007 to 2013, seven Workshops at the Industrial Union of Turin, on the occasion of the Business Culture Weeks of Confindustria.

In 1998 the Financial Times, in collaboration with the European Heritage Group, awarded the prize for “Business and the arts in Europe”.
