The Building Group presents DING, Italy’s first live concierge service powered by Artificial Intelligence, designed to respond in real time to the main needs related to home management and maintenance.

DING was born from the need to extend the living experience beyond physical space, introducing a digital system capable of offering information, operational support and guidance on the main aspects of building life. Through a continuous and accessible interface, the service allows immediate interaction with an AI Avatar capable of responding to requests and facilitating the relationship between people, home and services.

The project represents an important strategic opportunity for the Building Group, which is consolidating its authority in the real estate sector by introducing an innovative, scalable and replicable service within its ecosystem. Part of the Group’s long-standing research and innovation programme on contemporary living – understood as an integrated system of architecture, services and quality of life – the project promotes Artificial Intelligence as a practical tool for enhancing residents’ everyday experience.

In addition to its concierge function, DING is designed as an evolving digital identity, destined to become a cross-cutting asset for the Group. Its application can be extended to various touchpoints: from the official website to customer service, from sales network support to brand and communication campaigns.

The conceptualisation and design of DING stemmed from an idea by Andrea Serapioni, Head of Communications for the Building Group. The idea then took shape and developed thanks to the collaboration with ThinkingHat, an Italian innovation studio specialising in experiential marketing and emerging technologies, which supported the Group in the creative and productive development of the project.

“We are proud to have contributed our vision and experience to the development of a highly pioneering project that redefines the relationship between living and technology,” comments Giuliano Ambrosio, Founder of ThinkingHat.

With DING, the Building Group is taking a decisive step towards the future of living, introducing a new model of relationship between people, home and technology.

“We wanted to bring Artificial Intelligence into the heart of the living experience, putting it at the service of people,” concludes Luca Boffa, CEO of the Building Group. “We are the first in Italy to introduce a service of this kind, thanks to which residents can count on a digital concierge who is always available, capable of offering immediate answers, personalised support and simple, intuitive interaction in the daily management of the home. In a context where AI is evolving rapidly, DING represents an important step towards a new way of living, one that is more connected, efficient and oriented towards real value for those who experience it every day.”
