Turin, December 2015. In Turin, in via Lagrange, a new residential project is inaugurated, a dialogue between the historical forms of neoclassical and contemporary architecture. In the heart of the walk and shopping in the city center, Lagrange12 is born, a residence that has the taste of the timeless style for which Turin is loved in the world. The transformation, curated by the Building group, is the reconversion of the historic 600 building between the Lagrange and Giolitti streets. After “The Number 6”, winner of the “Building of the Year” award from ArchDaily, Building once again gives the city a renovated historic building, a balance between ancient forms, avant-garde home automation and innovative comfort. The works lasted 20 months and led to the total renovation of six floors above ground and two underground floors and the transformation of the neo-classical building, recently used as the headquarters of the municipal Police offices, which returns to its splendor in the new Turin lounge where the designer labels have recently opened their flagship flagship store.
