The Building Group and Odos Servizi inaugurate the Beinasco entertainment centre: an innovative model of commercial space, with eighteen thousand square metres dedicated to leisure, fitness, catering and shopping.

A few steps from Turin opens Flash Beinasco, the new Entertainment Centre that revolutionises retail spaces with a wider offer dedicated to socialisation, entertainment and fun. Flash Beinasco is a place where you will find interactive bowling alleys, a 3700 square metre indoor go-kart track, also including a food and arcade area, shops, spaces dedicated to gaming and fitness, and the largest sushi restaurant in the city. A new shopping centre model designed for those who want to enrich their leisure and family time.

The project, developed by Gruppo Building and managed by Odos Servizi, reflects the growing interest in places dedicated to cultural and recreational activities, which surpass the purchase of consumer goods in Italians’ spending intentions. As recent surveys have shown, the younger generations in particular are moving away from the search for status through consumption, favouring experiences that offer personal fulfilment and emotional wellbeing*.

In response to this trend, Flash Beinasco was born: a place where fitness, lifestyle, adventure, shopping and happiness can merge into a single experience. Strategically located along Strada Torino, one of the main access arteries to the Savoy capital, with its over 18,000 square metres of covered space Flash Beinasco is a true oasis of entertainment, easily accessible from the entire metropolitan area of Turin to serve about one and a half million people.

Behind this innovative project is the vision of the Building Group, a well-established reality in the panorama of shopping centre construction in Italy and abroad. With Flash Beinasco, the Group confirms its commitment to designing a contemporary way of experiencing cities, creating spaces that combine human-scale architecture – and the environment – with a better quality of life.

‘Flash represents our idea of how retail spaces should evolve in the future, attentive to people’s needs,’ says Luca Boffa, CEO of the Building Group. We thought of a place where people can come not only to shop, but to have engaging experiences. We have to redefine urban spaces to adapt them to social changes, starting with commercial spaces and ending with civic, private and leisure spaces, with the aim of improving everyday life.’

The Flash Beinasco entertainment centre is preparing to welcome more than 7 million visitors a year, offering a wide range of services and activities. Fun is guaranteed by the innovative Xgamer Interactive Bowling alley, featuring 14 lanes with lighting effects and animations, and the exciting K1 Speed experience, with electric go-karts for those seeking a touch of adrenaline. For wellness and fitness, visitors can count on the Just Women and FitActive fitness centres, and the Dental Pro dental centre. Among the restaurants present are MIK Sushi and RIS Storie di Riso, perfect for lovers of good food. The shopping area includes brands such as Shun Fa, Action, Boxeur Des Rues, Lukito and Pepco, while for home and personal care there is an Acqua & Sapone store.

‘Flash Beinasco, an acronym for Fitness, Lifestyle, Adventure, Shopping, Happiness, is not just a shopping mall, but an authentic entertainment and leisure centre,’ declares Luca Verpelli, Sole Administrator of Odos Servizi. Thanks to a clear and innovative vision, Flash intends to focus on the quality of time spent inside, offering an environment rich in stimuli that meets the needs of a changing and increasingly heterogeneous public. The aim is for the centre to become a place of reference for the community and the area, capable not only of satisfying practical needs, but also of contributing to the well-being of those who frequent it.’
