Torretta of Villa Mogna

In Pecetto, the "town of cherries" located on the hill south-east of Turin, stands the historic Villa Mogna, so called because it was the ancient residence of Mario Mogna, mayor of the town at the beginning of the twentieth century, who was responsible for the introduction of cherry cultivation, fundamental to the local economy.

Uptown Torino

The project consists of the renovation of a residential building with 4 floors above ground and will include numerous services for tenants, terraces, private gardens, concierge service, garage, bicycle parking, communal vegetable garden, soccer field, tennis / padel court and gym.

Quadrato

Quadrato is the condominium of contemporary youth and is located in a strategic position on the corner of Via Santa Chiara and Via delle Orfane. Work began in 2017 and is the result of a long urban reclamation operation that has transformed the neighborhood into an exclusive area over the years with a concept of living history and the future at the Turin Quadrilateral.
