The works, on the exterior and in the interior design of Domus Lascaris, will be carried out by Boffa, Petrone & Partners, the design studio of Building, led by the Architect Luca Petrone. The studio, which in recent designs has focused on more conservative interventions, will pay a lot of attention to the environmental impact of the new home, minimum with minimum consumption and housing units in high energy class. The skeleton of the building will remain unchanged, while it will work on the external surface, inserting sunshade windows and mirrors that form a telescope of light inside. The apartments will be 11, with variable cuts between 127 square meters and 247 square meters, with two penthouses with 423 square meters superactics and 531 square meters. Inside the building, the art will dialogue with the new architecture with an art gallery accessible to the public, while the inhabitants will enjoy a large space for wellness with swimming pool, spa, a gym with a fitness area. A lot of attention is also paid to the materials: the design will work with large Carrara marbles, precious essences such as oak, elm, iroko and doussie. Innovation also in home automation, very attentive to energy comfort and functional to manage the lighting scenarios in every single room, even remotely.
