It will open his luxury multibrand in the Lagrange 12 spaces of the Building group
Turin, November 2015. In the spaces of “Lagrange12”, a project of the Building group for the recovery of the historic building on the corner of Via Lagrange and Via Giolitti in the center of Turin, the new G & B store will open between end 2015 and early 2016 , a Brescia-based company founded in 1981 under the guidance of Gianni Peroni. With a surface area of 1150sqm distributed over three floors, 5 entrances including 3 on via Lagrange and 2 on via Giolitti, the new multibrand will become a reference point for luxury city shopping in the coming months. After the success of the Flero, Aosta, Courmayeur and Ponte di Legno boutiques, G&B Negozio chose Turin for the opening of its next windows. An important investment and signal for the commercial life of the city center and Via Lagrange, which has recently experienced some setbacks.
G&B STORE
The Flero store (BS) has already become part of the 100 Best Shops circuit of the Italian Chamber of Fashion Buyers thanks to the prestige and quality of the brands handled, the search for novelties, attention to detail, and care of garments and their wearability, always with an eye to new trends. The big breakthrough that led this store to be an attractive center was the change of location in 2006. A new headquarters located in an eighteenth-century manor house, restored to its former glory thanks to the renovation works.
LAGRANGE 12
Thanks to an architectural restoration intervention by the Building group that will end between the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016, the nineteenth-century building returns to its original aulicity offering the city the total renovation of the six floors above ground and the two underground levels. In the total area of 3,500 square meters, eight apartments and shops with large, two-storey, European-inspired dimensions are planned.
