The Building group focuses on numerous real estate projects between Milan, Turin and China.
“From the beginning, there was a clause for the renewal or not of the three-year project. In these three years we have done our part to give OGRs and Turin a unique point of reference, but for me and for the Building Group the time has come to focus on our core business, construction. For this reason we have decided to leave Snodo to our shareholders of the OGR-CRT Consortium Company “: with these words Luca Boffa announces the exit of his family and the Group of which he is CEO of Sofito srl, the company 60% owned by the OGR-CRT Consortium Company, owner of Snodo, the multifunctional restaurant space within the OGR- Officine Grandi Riparazioni of Turin.
An exit from the company, as Boffa states, “dictated by the choice to focus on our flagship sector: real estate. After the lockdown we left more loads than ever, in recent months we have several projects in Turin, Milan, Northern Italy and China. The excellent relationships we have consolidated over the years will remain with the OGR-CRT Consortium Company, but we could not dedicate all the attention it deserves and we have always given to Snodo, which is why we prefer to leave it in safe hands “.
