Settimo Torinese, 22 May 2019 – The expansion of Settimo Cielo Retail Park, to Settimo Torinese, a step away from Turin, opens to the public tomorrow. Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, which had already marketed the first part of Settimo Cielo Retail Park, opened in December 2011, has also marketed the new expansion and will manage the complex in its entirety, being already manager of the park since its opening. With Settimo Cielo, there are 58 shopping centers and retail parks managed by Cushman & Wakefield in Italy, with a total of 3,300 stores and 209 million visitors a year. Settimo Cielo Retail Park’s property is Settimo Sviluppo spa, promoter and developer, Promocentro Italia, while the design and construction were carried out by the Building Group. Settimo Cielo, following the last expansion, has become the largest business park in Italy, with a total leased area (GLA) of 70,000 square meters. To the 20 signs of the original nucleus, medium and large surfaces with a strong capacity of attraction, today there are 40 other retailers among the most important specialists in the fashion, home, electronics, sport and leisure sectors. An element of further qualification will be provided by the new food court, with restaurants ranging from fast and street food to table service. This makes Settimo Cielo a unique format, which combines the convenience and attractiveness of the business park with the service and completeness of a shopping center, with the livability and comfort of a covered food court, also designed to host moments of entertainment completely new in a project of this type Roberto Marchetti, Head of Retail Leasing of Cushman & Wakefield says: “The strength and success of Settimo Cielo are guaranteed by three decisive factors: the location at the intersection of important roads, the presence of category killer who exert an ultraregional attractive force, a wide and deep merchandise mix, with a concentration of medium and large surfaces that has no counterpart in any competitor and that will open full let. The Park today has the ability to further extend its range of attraction, both in geographical terms and in terms of customer profile. “

Riccardo Ripiccini, Shopping Centers Coordinator adds: “In consideration of the uniqueness of the project, we have adopted a strategy aimed at enhancing the new offer of Settimo Cielo, supporting the tenants with original promotional operations, involving and retaining the end customers. In the current market scenario, in the face of the multiplication of sales channels, the relationship that we must establish with the consumer passes through the quality of service, sustainability and dialogue with the territory, the consistency and immediacy of messages. With the commitment, always, to offer a gratifying and innovative shopping experience, and to allow investors and operators to achieve their business goals. “” To do so, “concludes Francesco Della Cioppa, Head of Asset Services , “We can count on the experience gained in 25 years of activity, on consolidated procedures and cutting-edge monitoring tools, but above all on an in-depth knowledge of the reference basin and the ability to work in an integrated manner along the entire value chain of a commercial asset, in compliance with the most rigorous international standards.
