START BUILDING YOURS.
We don’t build buildings, but ways of living. We manage every project from land acquisition to long-term development, because only by controlling the entire supply chain does a place become unique and irreplaceable. High-end real estate development, where every detail stems from a vision and translates into value for residents, investors, and the city. We are guided by a vision and an unwavering commitment to the pursuit of cutting-edge architectural solutions and materials.
+40
years of experience
Since 1983, we’ve been imagining, designing, and building new ways of living. Over forty years of vision and expertise are now concentrated in the in-house design studio Boffa Petrone & Partners: an independent organization that oversees every detail, from concept to construction.
+90
restoration projects
From The Number 6, named the world’s best restoration by ArchDaily in 2015, to today’s prestigious residential projects in Turin, Milan, and Liguria: each project is the revitalization of a place—a historic building, a disused area—returned to the city as a new quality of living.
+25
acquired companies
Building S.p.A. is the construction company of the Building S.p.A. Group, the Boffa family’s holding company that coordinates all the Group’s companies and governs their technical, administrative, and financial growth, ensuring solidity and long-term vision in every transaction.
BUILDING SINCE 1983
OUR LAST PROJECTS
Each Building project is conceived as a unique and non-replicable project, capable of creating real and lasting value for residents, investors, and the city, helping to define an advanced vision of luxury real estate and the cities of the future.
Torretta of Villa Mogna
In Pecetto, the "town of cherries" located on the hill south-east of Turin, stands the historic Villa Mogna, so called because it was the ancient residence of Mario Mogna, mayor of the town at the beginning of the twentieth century, who was responsible for the introduction of cherry cultivation, fundamental to the local economy.
